Team Calvo, Isaac Viñales and Husqvarna join forces for 2015

Isaac Viñales and Team Calvo have signed a new contract to continue together in the Moto3 class in the 2015 season.

Both the team and Viñales have one clear goal for the second year together, even more so now that they’ll be the official Husqvarna Moto3 team in 2015, and that goal is to be fighting for the world championship title.

Isaac Viñales has achieved a podium finish twice this season, something the Spaniard hopes to repeat in the remaining 5 races, especially with view of next year.

Team Calvo is in the final stages of negotiations with their second rider for the 2015 season and it is expected that an announcement can be made soon.

I’m very happy to resign with Team Calvo because, after a year together of working really well together, it’s clear that next year’s goal got to be to try and win the championship title. I feel very comfortable with the team and therefore I’ve rejected offers from other teams. I know that we have many opportunities to strive towards our goal and that we can fight for a win in every race. Also, to have the factory backing of Husqvarna is very important. We now have to concentrate on finishing the year on a high to go into the pre-season at full speed.
