12th for Migno at the European GP, Vietti 23rd following a crash

A race characterized by many crashes in Valencia for the Sky Racing Team VR46: Andrea Migno crosses the finishing line in 12th place while Celestino Vietti is 23rd.

Started from the fourth row of the grid, Andrea kept the pace of the group in the slipstream of the very first guys and fought for the access to the Top 10 till the checkered flag.

Third at the start and on the tarmac after a big high side during the second lap when was in the very first positions, Celestino back on his KTM for finishing the race. At the end of the group and out of the points, he maintains the third position in the Championship (137 points) with a gap of only 20 points from the provisional leader (Arenas, 157 points).

Andrea Migno:

I tried to finish first in my group, but I wasn’t fast enough, I was struggling and in the final laps I lost some positions.

Celestino Vietti:

I’m really sorry: the bike was ok, the team did a great job and I made a mistake in the very early stages. I tried to recover, I back on track for honoring the race till the end.
