Top 10 for both riders of the Sky Racing Team VR46 in Qatar where the Doha GP was held today. Marco Bezzecchi closes in the slipstream of the very first guys in fourth place while Celestino Vietti surprises with a beautiful P7.

Starting from the front row, Marco immediately took the lead but has struggled to keep pace of the strongest riders in the second half of the race. He has crossed the finishing line in fourth place, a breath away from the third step of the podium.

Excellent start for Celestino from the 18th position of the grid. He has recovered the gap with the group fighting for the top 5 and he scored the seventh place.

Marco Bezzecchi:

Two fourth places are difficult to accept, but are certainly not to be thrown away. We are missing something to be able to stay with the very first guys and make their rhythm, I was spinning really hard. I gave all, but I preferred not to make mistakes to be able to stay with them. However, I’m happy because I took a nice step forward compared to the first GP.

Celestino Vietti:

An unexpected race because yesterday I have struggled a bit and I didn’t think for a such a good feeling today. I am very, so much experience that we will surely take with us. We enjoy the moment but we have to keep working for the next GPs. Compared to last week we made a good step forward at the start, I immediately had good feelings, better lines and I recovered many positions.
