Tomorrow’s Moto3™ Gran Premio de Aragón sees Leopard Racing’s heroes Danny Kent and Efren Vazquez starting from third and eight position respectively on the grid.

Good weather conditions remained for the second day of practice at the Aragon region in Spain’s outback, so riders and teams were able to work bravely on their bike to set it up properly for the challenging MotorLand Aragón track.

Like yesterday, lap times were ultra-fast from this morning, whilst during qualifying practice the front row starters.

Efren Vazquez ran into traffic on track too, but also the Spaniard set his time attack in final stage of the session to put in a 1´58.477 minutes to qualify for eight position on the grid. Likewise teammate Kent, the experienced Vazquez is confident for tomorrow’s round 14 of the year.

The Moto3™ Gran Premio de Aragón gets underway on Sunday 11pm to the series usual time schedule. Race distance are 20 demanding laps.

#7 Efren VAZQUEZ, Grid position 8th – 1´58.477 (15/15):
“From my point of view it was a little bit of a disaster session, but not from our job though from some other riders. During the last minutes, everyone got nervous because many riders were waiting for a good reference, including a good slipstream on the straight. Anyway; I tried my best and in my fastest lap I overtook four riders so I’m pleased with my lap time even it had been faster but I’m more happy about our pace with race tyre with which I think we have a good level too. For tomorrow, it is important to be very concentrated during the first two laps, just to get the best possible speed immediately and arrive quickly at the front group in which I want to fight until the line. So a third row start isn’t too bad because everything is possible from there and Aragon is a track at which overtaking shouldn’t be a problem but we also need a bit luck during the race, particularly during the opening laps. Anyway; I’m confident because we did a good job during both days of practice.”
